Elena Michaelidou has over fifteen years of distinguished experience spanning law, regulatory compliance, AML, and strategic advisory. Elena is certified by CySEC and the International Compliance Association (ICA) in regulatory and AML compliance.

Elena has held senior roles such as Executive Director, General Manager, and Head of Compliance and AML within financial institutions and professional services firms in Cyprus. Beyond the financial sector, she has acted as an external advisor to law firms, specializing in real estate transactions, migration, inheritance and succession, and company incorporations.

This blend of legal acumen, compliance, and leadership enables her to provide strategic, practical and efficient solutions for individuals and businesses. Beyond her professional practice, Elena is passionate about leadership, entrepreneurship, personal development, and women's empowerment. Her international learning journey has taken her to numerous countries, including India, where she has participated in specialised leadership and personal development programs. She currently serves as a member of the Cyprus-India Women Business Council (WICCI Cyprus) and as Cyprus Chair for Entrepreneurship at G100, supporting initiatives that foster innovation, leadership, and positive social impact.

Margarita has extensive experience helping people with a wide range of legal matters, including civil disputes, private client issues, contract problems and contentious probate. She has supported clients through property disagreements, commercial disputes, estate and executor issues, and many types of court applications.

She has extensive experience preparing clear, well‑structured legal documents, including letters before action, statements, applications, directions, cost budgets and disclosure documents. She also has experience in advocacy, preparing cases for counsel, and supporting clients through negotiations and mediation.

Margarita is known for her strong drafting skills and her ability to explain complex issues in a clear, practical and reassuring way.
