Yes. Before we begin working with you, we check that there is no conflict of interest. If a conflict exists, we will not be able to assist and will signpost you to an alternative provider.
We aim to provide a high‑quality service, but if something goes wrong you can raise a complaint directly with us. We will review it promptly and work with you to resolve the issue. As we are not an SRA‑regulated law firm, complaints cannot be escalated to the Legal Ombudsman.
Unbundled services let you choose specific parts of a legal process you want help with, instead of paying for full representation. You stay in control while we support you with targeted, cost‑effective assistance.
Yes. Most of our services are delivered remotely for convenience and efficiency. Where a face‑to‑face meeting is required, we will arrange an in‑person appointment or signpost you to a local solicitor.
