Wills

A Last Will and Testament is a legal document that sets out what should happen to your money, property and personal belongings after you die. It allows you to choose your executors, name your beneficiaries and record any specific gifts or wishes, ensuring your estate is managed according to your instructions and not left to default legal rules.

Basic Single Will

 Our Basic Single Will service is ideal for individuals with simple estates, including those who:

  • have assets under £325,000
  • have no financial dependants
  • are not cohabiting

This service provides a straightforward Will that records your wishes clearly and ensures your estate is passed on according to your instructions.

Basic Mirror Will

£220

Our Basic Mirror Will service is designed for two individuals with simple estates who share the same wishes. Mirror Wills provide matching, straightforward documents that leave your estate to each other.   

This service is suitable where both individuals have aligned intentions and meet the following estate‑value criteria:

  • Up to £650,000 combined estate if married or in a civil partnership without children
  • Up to £1,000,000 combined estate if married or in a civil partnership with children

Standard Will Single/Mirror

from £400/550

Our Standard Will service is suitable for individuals with assets above £325,000, or for those who are cohabiting, or financially supporting another person. 

As part of this service, we offer information on:

  • Potential inheritance tax exposure 
  • General mitigation options that individuals may explore with a tax specialist or solicitor
  • How the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 may apply, including who may have the right to claim financial provision and advice

Will Trust for 1 person

A Will Trust is a legal arrangement created within your Will that allows you to protect and manage assets for specific beneficiaries after your death. It can help control how and when your estate is distributed, providing flexibility and protection for loved ones. 


A Will Trust is suitable for individuals who:

  • wish to protect assets for children or vulnerable beneficiaries
  • have complex family circumstances (e.g. second marriages or blended families)


Lasting Power of Attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) lets you choose trusted people to make decisions for you if you can’t. A Property & Financial Affairs LPA covers your money, bills and property, while a Health & Welfare LPA covers your care, daily routines and medical decisions. Together, they ensure your wishes are followed and someone you trust can act on your behalf when needed.

Single LPA

Our Single LPA service provides a complete, guided process for creating either a Property & Financial Affairs LPA or a Health & Welfare LPA.  Our combined LPA service gives one individual everything they need to put both types of protection in place: a Property & Financial Affairs LPA and a Health & Welfare LPA. We guide you through appointing your attorneys, recording your preferences and instructions and completing both documents correctly so they’re ready for registration. It’s a simple, cost‑effective way to secure full future protection and ensure your wishes are followed in all areas of your life. 

Mirror LPA's for two people

from £450/600

Our Mirror LPA service provides two individuals with matching Property & Financial Affairs and/or Health & Welfare LPAs that reflect the same choices. We guide you both through appointing your attorneys, recording your wishes and completing each document correctly so they’re ready for registration. It’s a simple, cost‑effective way for two people to secure full future protection and ensure their wishes are aligned.

You stay in control of your case while we handle the paperwork, giving you targeted, cost‑effective support exactly where you need it.

Legal opinions

We explain how the law applies to your situation and help you understand your options. Our role is to break down the rules, highlight your choices and support you in making informed decisions while you stay in control. 

Case preparation

 We help you prepare and organise everything you need for your case. This includes putting together bundles, exhibits as well as coordinating with barristers, medical experts and other professionals to gather information and help you prepare. You stay in control of your matter while we handle the preparation and practical coordination that keeps your case moving smoothly. 


Complaint and general support

We help you set out your concerns clearly, prepare effective complaint letters and responses, and guide you through the steps involved. We also provide general support with non legal forms, documents, procedures and understanding your options, so you can manage your matter confidently while staying fully in control.

Complaint support
